Join us for a unique program where storytelling and music combine for a spellbinding experience in the New York City subway!

Acclaimed bestselling novelist Tejas Desai reads from his riveting thriller The Run and Hide from his international crime trilogy The Brotherhood Chronicle as blues fiddler Greg Holt and his Fiddler and the Crossroads band plays and sings to immerse the audience in this epic set in New York City, India, and Thailand!

This program will take place in the 14th Street-Union Square Subway station (top station level. West part of station by the N/Q/R Elevator) on Sunday September 19th @ 6PM.

This program is a collaboraion with City Artists Corps #CityArtistCorps and MTA’s Music Under New York Program.

Tejas Desai is the author of the international crime trilogy The Brotherhood Chronicle and The Human Tragedy literary series. He attended Wesleyan University and the University of Oxford, and holds two master’s degrees from Queens College, CUNY. His articles and interviews have been published in HuffPost, Thrive Global, Digital Journal and other publications.

Greg Holt is a recent Blues Hall of Fame inductee and the official fiddler for the Tampa Bay Lightning of the National Hockey League, currently living in the East Village.
